Ocado tasked Flavourology to create a memorable event to showcase their Christmas 2019 products. Working closely with Weber Shandwick, Flavourology created interactive experiences around the theme - Fire and Ice. Journalists were presented with a map on arrival to help navigate their way around the space.

Interaction One: The Turkey Beauty Parlour.

Journalists were invited to join our beautician flavourologist as they pampered the poultry, bringing the flavour to life with rubs, dusts, oils and condiments. They could even take a seat on the lounger in the parlour and receive a relaxing hand massage.

Interaction Two: The Smoking Starter

This flavourologist used to be a Scottish Salmon Smoker before she travelled the world to apply the art of 'alpine infusion' techniques to discover the best ingredients for festive canape enthusiasts. Her inventions combine the smells and sensory enjoyment of Christmas within a range of smoky canape concoctions, but must be assembled 'just so'.

Interaction Three: The Condiment Calendar & Pic n Mix

Once guests ventured around the Fire and Ice Lodge, they finished at the Condiment Calendar and Pic n Mix table where they could win a prize to take away.
