Adidas - Deerupt Launch Dinner

Commissioned by Adidas, Flavourology produced a geometric inspired dinner for the launch of the Deerupt trainer. 

A top secret trainer launch invited a handful of select guests to attend, after which they sat down for a three course meal. There was intriguing geometric table styling. The food mirrored this taking a very structured approach. 

Capacity: 40 dinners



Hot roast salmon terrine w/ beetroot & cured salmon, capers, candied beetroot, horseradish and dill.


Medium rare sirlion, slow-cooked ox cheek, pickled red onion, tobacco shallot rings, celeriac emulsion, & micro veined sorrel.


Malt, coffee and milk chocolate tart w/ toasted white chocolate & malted meringes.
